Got hit by big durango SUV this morning in Hood River. UGH. Dad & I are were a bit rattled. Back passenger door has big dent. :(

In Centralia headed for Portland. Tomorrow is the PDX Strobist meetup. :)

I leave Friday morning for Portland, Oregon. I am going to attend a PDX Strobist meetup held by a fellow flickr member at their house. It starts on Saturday at 6PM with a BBQ, where each guest is bringing something. I am in charge of bringing the chocolate dessert. So I am going to check out some local places to find a good one to bring. My Dad is driving me down as I don't drive as much as I used to and to spend my birthday with me in Portland. We will probably go to brunch down there as well. Hopefully before the meetup we will make it to Saturday Market downtown, I always love going to that when I visit. I usually go to Portland once or twice a year. I would like to go a lot more often. I always have a blast. Last year I made a trip down there by myself and it was so much fun. I like to go with other people though, because it is less lonely. I like checking out restaurants with other people and prefer dining with company. I will post pictures soon on my Flcikr account and hope to learn a lot at the meetup. We are going to go over a lot of topics and the organizers are going to tailor it for each attendee. I am going to learn and delve more into photoshop, lightroom and digital storage. They are also going to cover Wacom tablets and monitor calibration. :)

omg. just saw a motorcycle go off the road into the ditch on the freeway. yikes. yelled out omg. scared bro. but looked back and his many buddies were there 2 help. could not stop happened @ exit to go N on 5.
